Anime - Japanese Animation
Baka - Japanese word for idiot or fool
Loosely put an Anime Baka is someone who's crazy about Anime. However interpretation's may vary. I tend to think of Anime Baka as meaning something like drooling fan boy/girl.
Wrote this a long time ago. Too short for an article:
Perverted - Hentai in Japanese. But the word pervert means deviation from normal or accepted. So, how can all guys be perverts?
Did you ever notice that the sex scene in the movie is generally at about the same realative place as the guitar solo in a song?
Hizaki is a Japanese Guitar God and current lead guitarist for Versailles. Hizaki's career has spanned many bands and the self titled Hizaki Grace Project of which the CDs go way too high for my budget on ebay. I really love the sound of Hizaki's playing. It has a strong classical influence similar to Yngwie Malmsteen and is generally of the progressive metal style.
In particular I think that the HGP album Curse of Virgo which is all instrumental could be released in the US and do very well. Here are are the songs for your perusal:

Ok, now it's time to shock you if you are not in the know. Hizaki is a guy. This is not a gay thing, it is a theatrical thing, and part of the Visual Kei movement in Japan. It's a little like the theatrics that groups like Marilyn Manson do. My wife Bevy says that she wishes she were as beautiful as Hizaki and that no guy should be that beautiful. Without his makeup he looks a bit like a scary elf. And yes there are no women in HGP, those are all guys.
Here's a sideshow of Hizaki and Mana (who is also very good at guitar work and also a guy) on youtube:
I prefer Hizaki's work in HGP over Versailles however the Vocals are much more consistently good in Versailles where HGP is rock solid on guitars and floats around on vocals quite a bit. I must say that Hizaki and Kamijo (vocals) getting together to form Versailles was a wonderful event. It's just that Versailles does not showcase Hizaki's work as well instead concentrating on a more complete band.
I'll leave you with a compilation of various Hizaki solos:
